Caramel Pecan Babka
Bringing in Ayla's favourite combination of caramel and pecans... this one is a proper sweet treat. Layers and layers of soft brioche dough, enfolding delicious a caramel pecan filling, made with browned butter and brown sugar that caramelise in the bake for that gorgeous sticky toffee taste. Pecans bring in the texture, and yes this babka is expensive, because so are the pecans, and we are generous with the filling. It'll be your favourite babka the first time you try it, we kid you not!
